Hi Joe!! Thank you for two perfect daughters, six magical grandchildren, colorful in-laws, awesome nieces & nephews and the bestest of friends. Thank you for building me latticed apartment windows, landscape beds, a bathroom, a treehouse and a library. Thank you for teaching me to do 8 hours of work in 5, never lie, defend the innocent, be ferociously loyal and love unconditionally. I miss you. xo

I honestly can’t recall any interaction I’ve had with Joe that didn’t include encouragement from him, he certainly was the life of the party! He was the best hype man in the world, a personality larger than life and I can confidently say he was also one of the funniest people I’ve ever known.
Both him and his family have held an irreplaceable part in my life and I consider myself so fortunate to have witnessed his unwavering devotion to them. He will be so, so deeply missed by many.

I think one of my most prominent memories was when we went up to the railroad tracks by exit 10, and I came around a corner on my quad where Joe had dug his bike into the berm and I panic braked and ended up front flipping over my quad and it slamming down on top of me. Joe thankfully was strong enough to lift it off me and I avoided injury. Really glad I have the memories of Joe and Joanne coming over on Fridays and hanging out. I’ll also never forget that he put his cowboy hat in Momo’s casket. I know Momo would have been tickled that he did that, and it was an awesome gesture. May he rest in peace.
