Uncle George, They just don’t make them like you anymore! The little things you did mean so much and will never be forgotten! Coming to help me move a big heavy color TV out of my condo in Scotia when I needed to get out quickly and couldn’t find anyone to help me, you can running. You always would send my mom a twenty or two in the mail when she lived with us the last 15 years of her life. She would always love that so she could sneak on down to 7/11 behind my back and get some candy bars! LOL, she was a slick diabetic! I posted a picture from her 80th and last birthday party that you attended at Jim’s house in 2012. My parents wedding party picture (1956) which you are in and a picture of one of the many siblings adventures you did with Mom and your other siblings when she visited NY from Virginia. Thanks for all the great memories you were a part of in my family! You made life for everyone better! Will miss your yearly Christmas cards either way the sweetest messages. Everyone should have an Uncle like you!

Uncle George was an incredible person. He made a lasting impact on all of his family, friends and neighbors. Uncle George always checked in on us after our Dad (his brother Paul) died. He now rests in heaven and will be our guardian angel. God Bless you Uncle George you were the best.
