Obituary of Fay E. Hatlee-Russo

Fay E. Hatlee-Russo, 87, Round Lake Road died on Thursday Oct. 6, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Nov. 9, 1928 in Saratoga Springs. Fay was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel Thompson Evarts. Fay had been a nurses' aide at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Fay was a house wife and homemaker and the wife of the late LeRoy Cleveland Hatlee who died in 1977 and Pat Russo who died in 2000. She is the devoted mother of Denise (David) Chriss of Burnt Hills, Beth (Brian) Peek of Ballston Lake and the late Crayford E. Hatlee (Patricia) of Greenfield Center; sister of Clarence (Kathy) Evarts and Joyce Galusha; grandmother of Stephen (Erin) Hatlee, Jonathan Hatlee, Timothy (Stephanie) Hatlee, Elissa (Paul) Jeter, Jason Chriss and Erin (Jeremy Almy) Chriss; great grandmother of Alexis Almy, Isabella Hatlee and Caiden Hatlee; two step great grandchildren, Elijah Perez and Kayla Jeter; also survived by several step children, nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held Tuesday at 12 noon in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065. Calling hours will be from 10:00 am till 12 noon prior to the funeral service in the funeral home. Interment will be in Jonesville Cemetery, Jonesville, NY.
