Obituary of Sandra Joyce Gatus

Sandra Joyce Gatus, 61, of Halfmoon, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Born in Troy, New York, she was the daughter of Eva Hubicki Gatus of Halfmoon and the late John Gatus. She was a graduate of Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park. Sandra had been employed by New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation and previously at the New York State Dept. of Criminal Justice. She loved music, the outdoors, camping, feeding animals and was devoted to her mother whom she cared for. Devoted daughter of Eva Gatus, loving sister of Robert A. Gatus, John J. Gatus, Ronald A. Gatus, Betty J. Gatus, Nancy L. Olsen, Linda J. Gatus and the late Carol Derado, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services were entrusted by her family to the Gordon C.
