Obituary of Lisa M. Limoges
Lisa M. Limoges, 51, of Johnsonville entered into eternal life on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany.
Lisa lived in Johnsonville her entire life until needing the care of rehabilitation centers and nursing homes.
Lisa graduated from Hoosic Valley Central Schools in Schaghticoke, New York in 1988.
She was predeceased by her mother Patricia H. Simpson Limoges (8/31/1937 - 6/30/1999), her grandmother Irene Cumo Simpson (4/17/1913 - 1/19/2006).
Lisa had been an associate at Cocca’s Appliance in Latham and had also been employed from home.
Lisa has one living Uncle; James Simpson of Vermont and several cousins and their families.
Lisa loved music of all types and enjoyed going to concerts. She was a big fan of the WWE.
She created a lot of friends on-line as it was her way to see people and communicate with them,
creating new friendships along the way. She created friendships during her time at the nursing homes where she had resided and friendships with other patients and the staff. Lisa always expressed her gratitude toward the people that cared for her. Lisa was a fashionista and enjoyed her scarves, paparazzi jewelry where she supported her friends, sun glasses etc, She loved to visit Lake Morey in Vermont.
She spoke with her best friends every day (day and night). Her best friends were Tamela Vanderwerken Gailor and Robin R. Parent. We miss our phones ringing, we miss our daily conversations, we miss our friend so much……may she RIP.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, New York 12065 where at 12:00 noon a prayer will be offered as well as words of reflection will be shared.
Attendees are required to wear a facial covering, observe social distancing and understand that capacity limitations must be adhered too.
