Obituary of James E. Whitney, Jr.

James E. Whitney, Jr., 62, of Cohoes, peacefully entered into eternal life on Monday, May 24, 2021.

Born in Troy, he was the son of the late James E. Whitney Sr. and Nancy E. Mero Whitney and was a graduate of Cohoes High School.

Jim was a self employed painting contractor.

He enjoyed playing guitars and music.

Brother of Donald J. Whitney (Lesa Davis) of Green Island and the late Henry J. Whitney and Joseph J. Esposito, Jr., loving uncle of Tamie, Sara and Zachary Whitney, also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
