Obituary of Shirley A. Mauriello

Shirley A. Mauriello, 85, of Cropseyville, beloved wife to “Butch” - Salvatore A. Mauriello of Cropseyville, peacefully entered into eternal life on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.

 

Born and educated in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Freda Larsen Harriman.

 

Shirley was the best wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed painting, knitting, crocheting, doing needlepoint. She was an angel here on earth.

 

She was a communicant of Mission Our Lady of the Snow Catholic Church in Grafton.

 

Beloved wife of Butch, devoted mother of Deborah Mauriello Kanser, Geraldine Mauriello and the late Anthony Mauriello, cherished “Gram” of Andrew (Jamie) Kanser, Nicole (Donald) White and the late John P. DeRouville, sister-in-law of Joan (Joseph) Mancinelli, Sharon (late, Bob) Kaminski and Jeff Mauriello, also survived by 5 great grandsons, nieces, nephews and their families. Shirley was predeceased by her sibliblings; her twin, Betty Oathout and by Edward Harriman and the late Ruth Bornt.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to a Calling Hour from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at Mission Our Lady of The Snow Catholic Church, 31 Owen Rd., Grafton, NY 12082 and to her Mass of Christian Burial in Church that morning beginning at 11:30 a.m.

 

Interment will follow in Grafton Center Cemetery, Grafton.
