Obituary of Mihai "Mike" Rotila
Mihai (Mike) Rotila, 49, passed away suddenly on February 14, 2017 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Mike was born on April 13, 1967 in Bolatau, Romania to Ion and Maria Rotila. At the age of 18, Mike immigrated to the United States and resided in Edison, NJ until moving to Halfmoon, NY in 2003.
He was the owner/operator of Edison Tree Experts, LLC for the past 25 years.
Known for his unmatched work ethic, big heart, and absolute love and devotion for his family and friends. A born leader with an extraordinary personality.
Preceded in death by his Father, Ion Rotila. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Lori Rotila and their beloved children, Micaela, LoriAnn, and Eric Rotila. His Mother, Maria ( Romania ), Siblings: John ( Liliana ) Rotila Romania, Angela Rotila ( Romania ), Vasile Rotila ( Tania ), Robert Rotila ( Zandi ) Austria, Ilie Rotila ( Romania), Adriana Rotila ( Gianpaolo ) Canada, Aurora Rotila, England, Tiberiu ( Corina ) Austria, Mariana Rotila, Italy. Parents-in-Law, Eileen and David Smail ( Hoosick Falls, NY), Sister and Brother-in-Law, Amy and Stefan Bouda, Metuchen, NJ, Brother and Sister- in-Law, Randall and Sharin Fowler, Anderson, SC, also survived by 18 Nieces and Nephews and a large extended family of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home 1550 RT-9 Clifton Park, NY 12065.
