Obituary of Michael Louder
Michael “Mike” Louder, 68, of Troy, NY, passed away on November 24, 2021, at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.
Mike was born in Brooklyn, NY to Moses and Pearlie Mae Louder on January 13, 1953. He went to high school at George Wingate High School and graduated in 1972. He enjoyed watching western movies and loved sports. His favorite teams were the NY Yankees and the NY Knicks. Mike also loved to spend time with his grandkids, especially his “main-man” Josiah. Mike was a part of Josiah’s life right from birth and they would spend all their free time together.
Mike is survived by his wife of 15 years, Deborah Louder of Troy; five stepchildren: Heno (Faith) Santana Sr. of Watervliet, Kemo (Wilma) Santana Sr. of Troy, Tetra Santana of Albany and Tambra (Joey) Santana-McCrae of Troy, Edgardo Colon of Troy, his sister Jeanette Mitchell of Brooklyn, and two brothers Moses Louder Jr. of Albuquerque and Ronald (Terry) Louder of Long Island. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Pearlie Mae Louder & Moses Louder Sr., brothers, Morris Louder & Walter Louder and his sisters, Gayle Louder, Beverly Debrill, and Shirley Allen.
Calling hours will be held at Sanvidge Funeral Home at 565 Fourth Ave Troy, NY 12182 on Friday, December 3, 2021, from 2:30pm-3:30pm.
