Obituary of Roslin N. Burrell, Jr.
Roslin N. “Junior” Burrell, Jr., 59, of South Glens Falls, peacefully entered into eternal life on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at his residence.
He was born on September 21, 1962 to Christine and Roslin Burrell, Sr.
Roslin, liked to be called “Ros”, was a kind man with a great smile. He loved looking dapper in his baseball hats and wearing the color red. He was very fond of cars, boats and airplanes, which always brought him a huge smile. Ros loved to be around his many family members and friends, and was a beloved member of the AIM family for over 2 decades. He moved into his first AIM home in December of 1998, moved to a smaller home a few years later, then settled in back at his Riverview AIM home in 2012. He attended the Saratoga Bridges Wilton Day Program for many years, and made many friendships there as well. He will be greatly missed by many people.
Devoted brother of Barbara Burrell and Mary (Lyndon) Watson, both of Columbus, OH and Robert, Sr., Harold and George Burrell, all of Troy, NY, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (Corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh) Troy, NY 12182 for visitation on Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and to his Home Going Service that afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Interment will be held in Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy.
