Leslaw Jerzy Kubkowski, 77, of Clifton Park and Poland died on Sunday Sept. 18, 2022 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady after a brief illness. He was born in Szydlowiec, Poland on Jan. 4, 1945 and was the son of the late Stanislaw and Alfreda Kempka Kubkowski. He was the beloved husband of Alicja Maria Rola Kubkowski who survives. He retired as a teacher from the Konstancin-Jeziornha School system in Poland after may years of teaching. He was the devoted father of Maciej (Agnieszka) Kubkowski and Wojciech (Anna) Kubkowski; cherished grandfather of Jakub, Daniel, Natalia and Julian.

Funeral service wil be held at the convenience of the family in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065.

Interment will be in Poland.
