Constance G. Brown, 88, of Clifton Park passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. She was born on July 12, 1936 in Livermore Falls, Maine and was the daughter of the late Russell O. and Eloise Mandigo Meserve. Constance was the beloved wife of the late Alan P. Brown. She loved birds and maintained several bird feeders so she could enjoy the many different species throughout the four seasons. When her grandchildren were young, they would all birdwatch together, reciting the names of the different birds. Connie was an avid Boston Red Sox fan who loved to watch their games. Although she had lived most of her adult life in New York, she was a Mainer at heart. The sounds of the waves breaking on the beaches of Maine were music to her ears. Constance was a longtime communicant of St. George’s Episcopal Church in Clifton Park and was active in their Altar Guild, had been an acolyte. She was a member of the Daughters of the King and the Church Bible study.
