Obituary of Gail Victoria Krug

Gail Victoria Krug, 65, of Brenden Court died on Thursday Sept. 29, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY after a brief illness. Born on Nov. 12, 1950 in Daytona, FL. Gail was the daughter of the late Clarence M. and Marie Motycka Clark. Gail is warmly remembered as the beloved wife of William M. Krug and devoted mother of Lt. Cdr. David (Alison) Krug (USN) stationed in Japan, Deborah (Brett) McGee of Sutton, MA, Daniel Krug of Albany, Stephen Krug of Albany and Timothy Krug of Durango, CO; caring sister of the late Donna Lee Clark; cherished Nana to Samuel, Benjamin, Amanda, Kingston and Liam; and is survived by her brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Kind, caring and devoted to her family, Gail was an Extraordinary Minister at St. Edward the Confessor Church in Clifton Park. She worked for many years at Sprint PCS in Albany. Funeral to be held Thursday morning at 10:30 at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 569 Clifton Park Center Road Clifton Park, NY 12065 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 9:00 – 10:30 am Thursday in the Chapel at St. Edward the Confessor Church prior to the Mass. Interment will be in the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.
