Obituary of Richard D. Cree
Richard D. Cree, 76 of Danbury Drive, entered in eternal life on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Saratoga Hospital. He was born in Manchester, NH, on May 11, 1941, the son of the late Walter D. and Ruth Little Cree. Dick lived in New England until moving to New York, when he was 16. He was a 1959 Graduate of Van Rensselaer High School and a 1963 graduate of Siena College where he received his BA in Economics.
Dick leaves behind his best friend and wife Donna LaDue Cree after 53 years of marriage. He retired from Macy's In Colonie as Operations Manager after 35 years of service and joined his wife as a successful Real Estate Agent for 12 years a Realty U.S.A. He and Donna Spent 50 years RV-ing the eastern coast and boating on Lake George. Dick enjoyed golf, tennis, skiing and hunting.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his loving daughters; Maureen Livingston and Heather Strozyk, his precious grandchildren, Jodi Noble, Anna Livingston, Catelyn Livingston and Noah Livingston, one brother , Stephen Cree, one sister Betsy MacLellan.
Calling Hours for Richard will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park. A funeral service will held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jonesville Cemetery, Jonesville.
