Troy - Kathleen M. O'Connor, 32, passed away on Sunday February 11, 2018. Born in Troy, she is the daughter of the late John and Judith O'Connor.
Kathleen was a graduate of Catholic Central High School and was employed as a Secretary for Hudson Valley Community College. She is survived by her brother, Brian O'Connor; her nephew, Angus O'Connor; her boyfriend, Bill Cashin; and her life-long friend Dana Biance.
