We are so saddened by the passing of Norma. When we would visit Diane and Dave in Hagerstown, sometimes Norma and Ted would be there, so we had the pleasure of getting to know her. A beautiful lady. Remembering her fondly, Jonathan, Amy, Matthew, and Elisabeth Payne.

We have so many wonderful memories of aunt Norma. We so enjoyed her sense of humor shared with a wink, her quick, warm smile and loved time spent being around her.
I hope her transition back into spirit was pain free and easy.
She was a very special, kind soul.

I remember fondly meeting Ted’s mom and “Dudley” on Ted and Shari’s boat at LG. Such a beautiful, sunny day shared with a lovely family.
