Our deepest sympathy to Louise’s family. We met Louise shortly after we moved to Cook Rd. when she came to our door collecting for Harmony FD. Having heard about her from Fern Cook, I invited her in to see my artwork and talk about the Burnt Owl and painting. We clicked right away. We attended many painting seminars and Capitolers meetings together, and both worked at the Burnt Owl. After Pete retired, he got involved with the Seniors where he got to know both Phil and Louise better. We missed them both after they moved from Cook Road. May they both rest in peace, together forever.

My sincere condolences to Louise's children and grandchildren. She was my friend for many years and I loved her dearly, I will miss her every day of my life. We enjoyed going on drives in the country to find flowers and plants, playing cards, doing arts and crafts projects and just being there for each other. I have prayed that she wouldn't suffer and that God would reunite her with the love of her life, her husband and best friend Philip. I thank God that they are both in Heaven today. Doug, I want to especially thank you for keeping me aware of Louise's recent illness and allowing me to visit her and kiss her goodbye. Thank you for that kindness.

I was just thinking of your Mom last weekend and Tuesday when I was working at Kingsway and actually wondered if you, Bruce, would pop in to see me as you often did. I always enjoyed speaking with your Mom when she came to visit your Dad - her quiet unassuming way and although she was concerned for your Dad, there was a peace about her. Of course I know why. Bruce I will always cherish your visits, your CD (which is amazing) and if not ever here again, I will see you heaven. Gerry

Mom is enjoying Heaven right now. Thank you for your example of how to live for Christ even when in pain every day. We have many memories which encourage us. She was among the best of moms! Love you mom. May you and dad enjoy your reunion.
