Cousin Craig, Tina & all of CJ’s friends & family, Our hearts are with you in this unfathomable time of sorrow. We lost our own 32-year-old daughter, Kasie, unexpectedly, a year ago - 9/22/18. Losing a child is an assault we never fully recover from. In the throes of grief, it is hard to imagine why the sun comes up every day, but it does, and the Earth keeps spinning, and you will put one foot in front of the other. Baby steps. If we can offer any support or comfort, please reach out, and believe that CJ is okay. He truly is. Keep breathing, praying and loving.
Sincere condolences,
Brian & Ellen (Wiesenforth) Collins

There will never be enough words to convey the immense whole you left in all our lives. You were so blessed to have so many people love you and I pray that you knew it! You were a light in every room, an inappropriate joke at the perfect time, a magical singer, talented musician, and my baby brother. I know your heart was heavy with life, but I pray that you have found peace. I love you so much and hate that you are gone! Geaux Saints!!!

We are so very sorry for your loss. CJ was a special part of our family, after being stationed at Ft Campbell and he and Josh hooked up at the youth center. Josh and CJ were as close as brothers. We could always count on endless laughs, antics and music with those two. CJ even called me “mom”, always respectful and endlessly entertaining. He lived life to the fullest and definitely made a lasting impression on the world. He will be forever be missed but not forgotten. You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead
With sympathy, Scott and Peggy Weichl
