Dear Stan, Peter, Paul and Florence. I've been thinking of your mom since she left us all for heaven. Please excuse me for commenting late. I am the gal that started the Redeeming Love ladies lunch group, perhaps it has been 16 to 17 years ago. There are many memories of the ladies enjoying the camaraderie of coming together once again in their later years. Florence always enjoyed listening to the many stories the ladies had to share. And yes, there were some great jokes too, thanks to Eileen Swota. My life has been enriched by knowing your mom throughout the years. Her love for her friends, family and Jesus is a wonderful Godly example of how life should be lived. Florence's life truly is a memorial of her faithfullness to loving Jesus to the very end. This is how I want to live my life, your mom and all the other ladies have strengthened my resilance in loving Jesus too, no matter what trials may come my way. One again saying goodbye to another dear lady is never easy. Still, in the sadness of saying goodbye, I have the joy of knowing your mom is in Jesus' presence with your dad, Stan. I remember your dad having a great singing voice, and being funny. Stan was a gentleman, and your mom was his gentle wife. Maybe even Eileen is still cracking the jokes with your folks, now that is a funny thought. I contine to pray that in your grief and sorrow, Jesus will come and bring His comfort and peace. We have one of the origional ladies still living, and Julie's heart is very sad to have her dear friend leave. Your mom had many friends who loved her. We will continue to have lunch, and our next lunch will be in Florence's Honor. To each of the ladies who departed us for heaven, I say, thanks for the love, laughter, prayer and memories. Julie, that goes for you too! Bonnie L
