Jenelle, Steve, Wyatt, and Rhonda, our deepest sympathies and love to you and your families.
I have such wonderful memories of Uncle George that I will cherish forever. As a child riding horses when visiting the family in upstate New York,
dancing at my wedding reception in Rhode Island
and eating massive amounts of crab legs in Las Vegas. Uncle George always made an effort to spend time with us whenever he could and I appreciate that more than he will ever know.
Fly high Uncle George, we love and miss you,
Lisa, Manny, Samuel and Samantha

Jenelle (and family): So very sorry to hear of the loss of your long-time friend and faithful companion, George. I am sure his passing has left a void in your life that cannot be filled by another. I miss him every day. George used to tell me that he wouldn't know what he would do without his "Guardian Angel", Jenelle. That is something you should always remember, Jenelle. You were always there for him and he appreciated that very much.
George was intelligent and complex and my friend for over forty years. Being negative at times and never making a decision quickly, I used to call him my "favorite procrastinator" and I teased him that always saw that glass half-empty!
We laughed as we discussed much over the years: people we both knew, our families, the "good old days", politics, state of the world, hopes for his future such as having a home on the water, traveling, going fishing, owning a big boat, his Air Force days, the Cape which he loved, our dancing days, medical and personal concerns, my little Yorkie whom he cared about as his own. He never bragged but among other things, he was very proud of his Air Force career and his red Cadillac Convertible.
Like I said previously, George was many things to many people, as for me, I was proud to call him my friend. God Bless you George and Rest in Peace with our Lord.
