My sincere condolences to Jeff, Wendy and family, and to Uncle Jack (John) Fasciglione, Ellen’s last surviving sibling. Attending the memorial service yesterday it occurred to me, as it often does when our family gets together, how blessed we all are to have had these Fasciglione siblings, Peter, Eunice, Florence, Ellen, and Jack, in our lives as the fiercely strong, honorable, loving role models that they all were, and are. When each of them leaves us they leave such a huge hole in the fabric of our lives, but with time the memories of all they were, and every good thing they gave us, fills us with the strength to hold our heads high and carry on. That’s the circle of life done well I think. Thank you Jeffrey for bringing us all together in a beautiful celebration of a life well lived. May she rest in peace,
With love,
Your cousin,
Linda (Fasciglione) Addison

I am honored and blessed to have known your Mother Jeffrey.
I loved your mother’s smile and her welcoming personality.
She is my Paternal 1st. cousin, but every time we met she insisted I was her niece.. (I loved that.)
My father Anthony Lomonaco was your grandmother Mary’s brother.
I also remember making a trip to East Longmeadow, MA, when I was a child too. I am pretty sure it was when your brother Carle was born.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family, In celebration of a beautiful life.
Love, Barbara

My memories of Aunt Ellen go all the way back to the time when she was so young, quite possibly still in school. My Uncle Carle, who was enrolled in engineering school at the time, and she were a team. Her knowledge and intelligence, I am told, made a contribution to the success of his studies. I would surmise those same personal qualities served as an asset, as well, to the life they built together.
Through the years, I came to know Ellen and Carle, and my cousins, Kim, “little” Carle, and Jeff, mainly from the visits they made to Albany to attend family events. Because Springfield Mass was, by Fasciglione standards at the time, light years from the “clan” rooted firmly in the Albany area, they would usually visit us for family gatherings. The few times I remember visiting her family home in East Longmeadow Aunt Ellen was always a very gracious host. I will always remember how kind and friendly she was to all of us, then as a young mother raising a family, and in her later years as host, from her impeccably tidy home on Victoria Way, after she had moved back to the Albany area sometime after Uncle Carle’s passing.
Please accept my thoughts and prayers, Jeff, to you and your family in your time of grief and bereavement. Your loss is a loss for me and to all of us in the greater family together.
Your cousin, Bobby

Deepest condolences to my cousin Jeff and his family, and to Uncle Jack and Aunt Sue; to all who knew and loved Aunt Ellen. She was my father Peter’s baby sister and he thought the world of her. Recently unearthed (thanks Linda!) high school yearbooks shed light on her and Uncle Carle’s early accomplishments; such a treasure to learn a little more about them in their younger years! I recall a special visit to East Longmeadow when I was a young teen and remember thinking what a lovely, welcoming home and family they had. Kim was just the sweetest and young Carle (Tom) was irascible, as always! Jeff was still in his high chair; such a darling, happy baby! I loved running into Aunts Ellen and Florence at the Albany airport during my trips home from FL. I so enjoyed their good natured bantering - one could just tell how much they loved each other and their families! Best wishes and love to all. You will be missed beautiful Ellen!❤️
